Secure Checkout

This page provides practical guidance for checking a payment connection and protecting your information when shopping with 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Read it with our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

Check the connection before entering information

Check the website address shown by your browser and its connection information before entering personal or payment details. HTTPS uses encryption to protect information in transit between the browser and the service. This is commonly called SSL, although modern secure connections use TLS.

Do not enter payment details if your browser reports a certificate or connection warning, the address is unexpected, or the payment page is unavailable. Contact us using the details below if you are unsure. An encrypted connection alone is not a guarantee of a business's identity or of every aspect of a transaction.

Use the intended payment process

Use the payment choices shown for your transaction and complete any authentication through the relevant payment service. Be cautious about unexpected requests to move a payment to an unrelated account or send sensitive details by message.

Our customer-service enquiries do not require your full card number, security code, online-banking password or one-time payment code. An order reference and contact details are usually sufficient to begin investigating a payment query. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.

Protect account access

Keep the email account associated with your order secure. Where an account uses a password, use a strong password that you do not reuse elsewhere. Keep your browser and device software updated, and avoid leaving an account signed in on a shared device.

A sender's displayed name does not prove who sent a message. Check unexpected delivery or refund messages carefully, particularly if they request credentials or an additional payment.

Report a concern

If something appears wrong, stop entering information and contact support@3dprintwise.shop or +44 7911 800441. Describe the issue and identify any relevant order without sending payment credentials.

If you believe your payment details have been exposed or a payment is unauthorised, contact your bank or provider promptly through its official contact route. Tell us if a store order is involved so the relevant records can be checked. No online service can guarantee that fraud or unauthorised access is impossible.
