3DPRINTWISE CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Here to help.

Delivery, returns and the details behind your order.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers physical goods bought directly from 3dprintwise.shop for delivery in the United Kingdom. The seller is 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Our additional return offer operates alongside your statutory consumer rights; it does not replace them.

Our additional 30-day return offer

For an ordinary, non-personalised product, tell us that you wish to return it within 30 calendar days after delivery. Then send it back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after telling us. The day after delivery is day one. Keep your message and proof of posting.

This additional offer covers a change of mind, including a standard item that does not suit your needs. For returns relying on the additional offer rather than statutory cancellation, the item must be unused apart from reasonable inspection, complete with its supplied parts and free from damage caused after delivery. Original packaging is helpful but suitable alternative protective packaging is acceptable. We charge no restocking fee.

Ordinary printed designs remain eligible even if printed after you order. Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price goods. Neither this condition requirement nor the 30-day offer restricts remedies for a product that was faulty, damaged on arrival or misdescribed.

Start a return or report a problem

Email support@3dprintwise.shop, call +44 7911 800441, or use our Contact Information. Identify your order, the item and whether you want to cancel, return a standard item or report a problem. An order number is useful; another reasonable way to identify the purchase is also acceptable. You do not need to give a reason to exercise statutory cancellation.

Ask us for the appropriate postal return instructions and destination before sending a parcel. Do not assume that the registered office is a staffed returns counter. We will explain the arrangements for the particular return. A statutory cancellation takes effect when you communicate it clearly; it is not dependent on us approving a return request or issuing an authorisation number. If instructions are delayed, contact us again and retain the evidence of your timely cancellation; our delay does not remove your statutory rights. If we have not specified a return address, the statutory rules on where goods may be returned still apply, including the address supplied for contacting us.

Protect articulated joints, small parts and decorative surfaces during packing. Use a suitably strong outer package and cushioning, and include the order reference where practical. Keep evidence of sending the goods back. Photographs can assist with a fault report but are not an absolute condition of a statutory remedy.

Return postage and charges

For a statutory change-of-mind cancellation, you bear the direct return postage cost only if we clearly told you before purchase that you would bear that cost and did not agree to pay it ourselves. If we did not provide that information, we bear the direct return cost. No restocking or refund administration fee applies.

Where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or misdescribed, we bear the reasonable return costs for a remedy for which we are legally responsible. Contact us so suitable arrangements can be made; you do not have to pay for our mistake. Do not buy an unusually expensive return service without discussing it with us first, where reasonably possible.

UK online cancellation: 14 days, not seven

For an eligible online purchase, you can cancel from placing the order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. For several goods in one order delivered separately, the cancellation period normally runs from receipt of the last item; special rules apply to lots or instalments. Notify us through a clear statement within that period, then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice.

You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening a box does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Where the law permits, we may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection. We will explain any deduction; it is not a fixed restocking charge. This deduction is not available where the required cancellation information was not provided.

Personalised and customer-specified goods

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies. An item printed with a name, unique message or customer-supplied bespoke design may qualify. We exclude such qualifying products from the additional 30-day change-of-mind offer too.

The exception is assessed for the actual product. A standard animal design, a stock decorative sign or an ordinary product printed only after ordering is not automatically personalised. Selecting a standard listed option does not by itself justify treating every purchase as exempt. Applicable restrictions must be explained before you order.

Check personalisation text and agreed specifications carefully. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We will check whether a change can be made; we do not promise that an exempt custom order can always be cancelled before production. If we fail to follow the agreed specification, or the item is faulty or misdescribed, your statutory remedies still apply.

Faulty goods and the separate 30-day right to reject

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described. For qualifying faults, the Consumer Rights Act normally gives a short-term right to reject for 30 days, starting after delivery and the other applicable statutory conditions are met. This is separate from our voluntary 30-day offer.

After the short-term rejection period, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement. These must be provided without cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the applicable conditions are met—for example, a repair or replacement is unsuccessful or cannot be provided—you may be entitled to a price reduction or final rejection and refund. A fault appearing within six months is generally presumed to have existed on delivery unless that presumption is rebutted or incompatible with the circumstances.

There is no blanket seven-day fault-reporting deadline. Personalisation, the expiry of our voluntary return period or the absence of original packaging does not remove faulty-goods rights. Ordinary printing texture that was accurately described is different from breakage, an unsafe product or a material mismatch with the description.

Refund amounts and deadlines

For statutory cancellation of a whole eligible order, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, the extra premium need not be refunded. For a partial return, the delivery refund depends on the order and any delivery charge that would still have applied to the retained items.

If we have not offered to collect cancelled goods, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive them back or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. In other statutory cancellation cases, including where we offer to collect, the deadline is normally 14 calendar days after we are informed of cancellation. Inspection does not restart the applicable clock.

For a refund under a statutory right to reject faulty goods, payment is due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days beginning with the day we agree that you are entitled to it. We will not use unnecessary investigation to delay recognising an entitlement.

For a return relying only on our additional offer, we refund the eligible item's purchase price without undue delay after receiving and assessing it. That additional offer does not promise repayment of the original delivery charge beyond your statutory entitlement. We explain the refund outcome and any disputed condition promptly.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. We do not substitute compulsory store credit for a monetary refund you are entitled to. A refund being submitted and a credit appearing in your bank account are different events. If a credit is missing, contact us so we can trace it with the provider; provider processing does not extend a legal refund deadline.

Exchanges

For an eligible standard product, you may ask for an exchange. We will check availability and explain any price difference and delivery arrangements before you agree. If an exchange is unavailable, an eligible refund remains available. A voluntary exchange is separate from a statutory replacement for faulty goods. We will not substitute a different design without your agreement.

Optional cancellation form

You may use the following form, but a clear email, letter or other statement is equally valid. Send it to 3DPRINTWISE LTD at support@3dprintwise.shop or by post to 5 Brookside Close, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 9PL. This is the address for a cancellation notice, not an instruction to send a parcel there.

  • I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods (describe the goods).
  • Ordered on / received on (delete whichever does not apply and supply the date).
  • Name of consumer(s).
  • Address of consumer(s).
  • Signature of consumer(s), only if this form is sent on paper.
  • Date.

An Etsy purchase follows the terms of that transaction and the applicable law. Use the order's Etsy messaging where practical. Etsy buyer protection and marketplace offers do not automatically apply to a direct website purchase.

Privacy Policy

This notice explains how 3DPRINTWISE LTD handles personal information for enquiries and purchases connected with 3dprintwise.shop. We are the controller for the information we use to administer our customer relationships. This notice is distinct from a payment provider's or marketplace's own privacy notice.

Who to contact

The registered office identifies the company for legal correspondence. It is not represented as a dispatch warehouse, showroom, collection point or returns depot.

Send privacy requests to support@3dprintwise.shop or write to the registered office, identifying your request as a privacy matter. Provide enough information to locate the relevant order or interaction. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated identity documents.

Information involved in shopping and support

To deal with an enquiry or order, relevant information can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, products and quantities, order references, payment status and correspondence. Information you send about a return or complaint forms part of that support record.

Where you request personalisation, the text, design or instructions supplied are used to fulfil that request. Please provide only information necessary for the item and avoid including another person's sensitive information. A gift recipient's name and delivery details may be needed to deliver a gift; we use those details for the transaction, not as automatic permission to market to that recipient.

Technical information associated with accessing an online shop can include IP addresses, browser and device information, session identifiers and website interactions. Cookies and related technologies are explained in our Cookies Policy. The information involved depends on the service used and the relevant choices.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information necessary to answer a purchase enquiry, administer an order, deliver goods and handle contractual returns on the basis of taking steps at your request before a contract or performing that contract.

We process records necessary to meet applicable accounting, taxation, consumer and other legal obligations on the basis of compliance with those obligations. A request to erase information does not require us to destroy records that we must lawfully keep.

For proportionate fraud prevention, business security, complaint handling and the establishment or defence of legal claims, our basis can be legitimate interests where the activity is not already required by law or necessary for the contract. The relevant interests are protecting customers and the business and resolving disputes. We must consider the impact on your rights and use no more information than is necessary.

Where consent is required for a particular optional marketing or tracking activity, that activity requires your consent. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Consent to optional marketing is separate from accepting sales terms or requesting customer service.

Service providers and recipients

The Shopify platform supports the online store and relevant store functions. Shopify's handling of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy. Its role may differ between services; it can process information on a merchant's behalf and act as a controller for some purposes of its own.

Providers carrying out the payment service selected for a transaction receive information needed to process that payment and any refund. Delivery providers receive relevant recipient and address details. Services supporting business communications and record keeping receive information necessary for those functions. These categories do not mean that every provider receives every part of an order or support conversation.

Relevant records may be disclosed to professional advisers, public authorities or courts where needed for advice, a legal duty or a claim. We do not treat a customer enquiry as permission to disclose unrelated information.

Marketplace purchases and external websites

If you buy or contact a seller through Etsy, Etsy handles information under its own terms and privacy notice. Information made available to the seller for that order can be used to fulfil the transaction and respond to the enquiry. A direct-store policy does not replace Etsy's separate responsibilities.

Following an external link takes you to a separate service. Review that service's privacy notice before giving it information. A privacy choice made on one platform does not necessarily control another platform.

Marketing choices

You may object at any time to the use of your information for direct marketing, including profiling related to that marketing. Contact us through the details above. Where a marketing email is sent, you can also use its unsubscribe route. An order acknowledgement, delivery message or response to a return is a service communication rather than permission for advertising.

A minimal record of an objection may be retained to make sure it continues to be respected. Withdrawing a marketing choice does not prevent us from sending information needed to fulfil an existing order or deal with a legal duty.

Retention

We keep order and payment-status information for the time needed to fulfil the purchase, deal with applicable returns and claims, and comply with relevant record-keeping duties. Retention depends on the applicable obligation and the record's purpose; not every record needs to be kept for the same time.

Support records are retained according to the unresolved matter, any related order rights or dispute, and the need to demonstrate the outcome. Personalisation instructions and images should not be retained merely because they might be useful someday; their continued retention must serve a valid purpose.

Where marketing processing is based on consent, withdrawal ends that use, subject to keeping a limited suppression record. Device-storage lifetimes and server-side record retention are separate. You can ask us about the criteria applying to particular information.

Processing outside the United Kingdom

A UK customer or registered office does not mean that every service processes information only in the UK. Shopify explains its international arrangements in its Data Processing Addendum. Other recipients' arrangements depend on the service involved.

Where our processing involves a restricted international transfer, the applicable UK transfer requirements must be met, such as an appropriate adequacy basis or legally recognised safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the destination and relevant protection for your information, including access to safeguards where applicable. This statement does not mean every provider uses the same transfer mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of use or a portable copy of information you supplied. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. These rights have conditions and exemptions; we will explain a relevant limitation when responding.

We may request proportionate information needed to verify your identity or locate the records before disclosure. We respond within the period required by law and explain any lawful extension. You do not need to buy anything or keep an account open to exercise your rights.

If you are concerned about a decision affecting an order, contact us so the basis can be investigated. Any rights concerning legally significant automated decisions depend on the actual processing and applicable law; a failed payment attempt is not proof that you acted improperly.

Necessary and optional information

Without sufficient contact, delivery and transaction information, we may be unable to fulfil an order. Unrelated personal information is not required. Please keep private information out of photographs unless it is needed to explain your request.

A child's information should not be supplied unnecessarily in a gift message, personalisation request or enquiry. If you believe information has been provided improperly, contact us so we can assess and address the concern.

Complaints and changes

You can raise a concern with us and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not have to complete our internal process before contacting the regulator.

We may revise this notice when our processing changes. A new notice does not itself authorise a new use that requires consent. Material changes will be communicated where the law requires it.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to UK consumer purchases made directly through 3dprintwise.shop. The seller is 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Read the product description and these terms with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Payment Policy. You may save or print the information for your records.

Business identity

The registered office identifies the company for legal correspondence. It is not represented as a dispatch warehouse, showroom, collection point or returns depot.

Products and choosing an item

Check the product's description, dimensions, material, colour, quantity and included parts before ordering. An image showing several designs does not mean all pictured items are included in a single purchase. Choose the variant and quantity you intend to buy.

3D-printed products can show visible layer lines or other characteristics of the printing process. Relevant characteristics must be accurately described. A reference to printing variation does not excuse an unsafe product, an undisclosed defect or goods that materially differ from the agreed description.

Use the particular product's intended-use, age and care information. A decorative item or small keyring should not be assumed suitable for every age or use. We make no general claim that every material is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, heat-resistant or suitable as a toy.

Personalisation and special requests

Where a product offers personalisation, check spelling, capitalisation, measurements and design instructions before ordering. Ask about a requirement that is not available as a listed option. A bespoke specification must be agreed; adding an unsupported request to an order note does not guarantee that it can be fulfilled.

Applicable production timing and any lawful cancellation exception must be explained before the purchase. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation. Standard products do not become exempt simply because we print them after an order. Faulty-goods rights remain available for personalised goods.

Placing and confirming an order

Review the basket, contact and delivery details and final total before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. Check the order information sent to you and contact us promptly about an error. A payment authorisation or automated acknowledgement should not be treated as proof that a parcel has been dispatched.

If an item cannot be supplied or a material error affects the offer, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available option. We will not increase an agreed price, substitute a materially different product or change a bespoke specification without your agreement. Any payment taken for goods that will not be supplied must be returned without undue delay under the applicable rights.

Prices and payment

Our direct-store currency is pounds sterling, GBP (£). Consumer prices must include applicable taxes. Delivery costs and the final amount payable must be disclosed before you commit to payment. Any VAT charged must be included in the applicable consumer price.

Use the payment methods actually offered for your purchase at checkout. Do not send full card details, security codes, banking passwords or one-time payment codes to customer service. Our Payment Policy explains payment problems and refunds.

UK delivery

We serve UK delivery addresses. The standard estimate is 1–2 business days for handling followed by 2–3 business days in carrier transit, giving 3–5 business days total. Handling is already included in the total. A distinct production requirement or regional service must have its own information where applicable; an estimate is not a guaranteed appointment.

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery enquiries and problems. Where we arrange the carrier, risk normally remains with us until you or someone you identify takes physical possession. A tracking status does not by itself extinguish a missing-delivery claim.

We must deliver within the agreed period or, if no different time is agreed, without undue delay and within 30 days. Statutory remedies apply where delivery obligations are not met, including cancellation where the relevant conditions are satisfied. We do not use a general delay disclaimer to remove those rights.

Cancellation, returns and exchanges

For eligible distance purchases, notify cancellation within 14 calendar days after receipt and return goods within a further 14 calendar days. The full refund and cancellation rules are in our Return and Refund Policy, including an optional cancellation form.

Our additional offer lets you notify a change-of-mind return for an eligible standard item within 30 calendar days after delivery and send it back within 14 calendar days after notification. Conditions for that additional offer are separate from statutory inspection and faulty-goods rights. There is no restocking fee. Voluntary exchanges depend on availability and agreement to any price or delivery difference.

Faults and product quality

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to rejection and refund, repair, replacement or a price reduction. Our voluntary return window is not a limit on all legal claims. Contact us with enough information to identify the purchase and explain the issue.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or misuse another person's details. If you use an account, protect its access credentials and let us know if an order appears unauthorised.

Content and designs may be protected by rights belonging to the company or other rights holders. A purchase of a physical item does not automatically transfer copyright, design rights or an unrestricted licence to reproduce it. You may retain the information needed for your purchase and personal records. We do not claim ownership of every underlying design merely because an item is sold here.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain relevant information and choices. Agreeing to these sales terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Complaints

Contact support@3dprintwise.shop with the order reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. We will consider the information and explain the next steps. You can provide further information if you disagree with our response. The complaint process does not prevent you from seeking independent advice, contacting an applicable dispute service or exercising legal remedies. We will supply dispute-resolution information where required by law.

Liability, governing law and updates

We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Each party should take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss.

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights to use the courts available where you live. If part of a term cannot lawfully apply, the other terms continue so far as the law permits. Updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove an existing customer's rights or an agreed contractual promise.

For support routes, see our Contact Information policy.

Shipping Policy

This policy covers delivery of physical goods ordered directly from 3dprintwise.shop, operated by 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Our direct-store delivery market is the United Kingdom and our checkout currency is GBP (£).

Delivery availability and charges

Check the delivery service and charge offered for your complete address before paying. Any delivery charge forms part of the total shown before you commit to an order. Do not assume that a rate or delivery offer on Etsy also applies to this website.

If a service is not offered for your address, or a regional charge or estimate is unclear, contact support@3dprintwise.shop before ordering. A statement that we serve the UK should not be interpreted as a promise that every postcode has the same carrier service, price or timetable. We do not offer delivery outside the UK through this direct-store service.

Handling, transit and total delivery time

The standard delivery estimate is:

  • Order handling: 1–2 business days to prepare the order for dispatch.
  • Carrier transit: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total delivery: 3–5 business days, including handling and transit.

Do not add handling again to the total, or treat the 3–5-day total as transit alone. Business-day estimates are not the same as consecutive calendar days. The actual dispatch and carrier working calendars affect the expected arrival date. Contact us about date-sensitive orders before purchase so we can check the applicable timing.

Products with different production requirements

Review the product information for any specific production or delivery term agreed for that item. Personalised or bespoke work may require a separately agreed schedule; there is no blanket assumption that every 3D-printed product needs extra production time. Where extra production is necessary, it must be included in the total estimate given before purchase, not added as an undisclosed delay afterwards.

If you need an order for a particular event, tell us before purchasing. A request in an order note does not by itself create an agreed guaranteed delivery date.

After ordering

Check your order details, including any personalisation and the complete delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. We will check whether the order can be changed before it leaves the dispatch process. A change cannot always be made after dispatch.

Retain your order reference. Where tracking is supplied for your service, use the tracking information for the carrier's updates. A label-created status does not establish that the carrier has collected the parcel or that it has reached you.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

Contact us if the estimated delivery period has passed, if tracking appears inconsistent, or if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include the order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs of damage and packaging can help where practical, but are not a compulsory condition of statutory rights.

Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible until you or the person you identify takes physical possession, subject to the applicable legal rules. We will investigate with the carrier; you do not have to resolve our carrier claim yourself. A delivery scan does not conclusively prove receipt where the parcel is missing.

If delivery is delayed, we will explain the available next steps. Where the statutory conditions are met, you can require delivery within an appropriate further period or end the contract and receive the refund due. An essential delivery date agreed in advance may give different cancellation rights. Unless another delivery time is agreed, the statutory default is delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.

Address problems and returned parcels

Provide the recipient's name, full address, flat or unit number where relevant, and postcode. If a parcel is returned after unsuccessful delivery or an address problem, contact us to discuss the circumstances. Any proposed new service or additional charge must be explained and agreed; we will not assume that every failed delivery is your fault.

Returns after delivery

Read our Return and Refund Policy for the additional 30-day offer, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods remedies. Ask for the appropriate return destination and instructions. The registered office is not presented as a returns warehouse or collection counter.

Contact Information

For questions about products, a direct website order, delivery, returns, payments or a complaint, contact 3DPRINTWISE LTD using the details below.

Company and customer-service details

The registered office identifies the company for legal correspondence. It is not represented as a dispatch warehouse, showroom, collection point or returns depot.

What to include

For an existing order, give your order reference and the contact details used when ordering so we can locate it. Explain the question or requested correction. For a product enquiry, give the product name or link and the specification you want to check.

For a damaged or incorrect item, describe the problem. Photographs may help if practical. Avoid sending unrelated personal information, full card details, security codes, banking passwords or one-time authentication codes.

Cancellation notices and returns

A cancellation notice can be sent by email or by post to the registered office. Clearly identify the purchase and your decision to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right. The Return and Refund Policy includes the relevant periods and an optional form.

A legal notice and a product parcel are different things. Ask us for the correct postal return instructions; do not assume that the registered office provides a walk-in service. Our delay in replying does not remove a cancellation right exercised on time.

Complaints and privacy requests

For a complaint, explain what happened and the resolution you seek. For a privacy request, identify the information or interaction concerned without sending unnecessary identity documents. We will explain the next steps and any information reasonably needed to deal with the matter.

Read our Privacy Policy for how enquiries are used and your rights. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Useful information and marketplace orders

Our Shipping Policy explains the 1–2-business-day handling and 2–3-business-day transit estimates, totalling 3–5 business days. Our FAQ covers common product and order questions.

For a purchase through Etsy, use the relevant order's messaging where practical to keep the request connected to that transaction. Direct website policies do not import Etsy's separate buyer protection or delivery offers.

Contact us

Contact 3DPRINTWISE LTD for help with a product, an order, delivery or a return. A clear description of your question helps us find the relevant information and respond usefully.

Get in touch

Email support@3dprintwise.shop or call +44 7911 800441. For written enquiries, include the product link or order reference where available. You can send a cancellation notice by email without waiting for permission or a particular form.

Before you order

Ask about dimensions, materials, included parts, colour options or the intended use of a particular item. For a personalised product, provide the exact specification you want checked before ordering. Avoid assuming that every printed design has the same material, size or suitability.

If a delivery date is essential, discuss it with us before buying. Our usual estimate is 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days transit, totalling 3–5 business days; a particular production requirement or delivery service may need separate agreement.

Existing orders and delivery problems

Include your order number, the name or email used at checkout and a short explanation. Clearly identify any address correction or cancellation request. If you have tracking information, include the relevant reference without disclosing unrelated personal details.

If an item is damaged or incorrect, describe the problem and supply photographs if practical. You do not lose statutory rights merely because you cannot provide a photograph or have discarded the original packaging.

Return and refund enquiries

Use the Return and Refund Policy to check the additional 30-day offer, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods remedies. Ask for the correct postal return instructions before sending a parcel. Do not treat the registered office as a public collection or returns counter.

Our Shipping Policy, Payment Policy and FAQ explain other common questions.

Business and postal correspondence

The registered office identifies the company for legal correspondence. It is not represented as a dispatch warehouse, showroom, collection point or returns depot.

Complaints and privacy

For a complaint, explain what happened and the outcome you would like. For a privacy request, tell us which information or interaction is concerned. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, security codes or one-time banking codes.

Information supplied in an enquiry is used to understand and respond to it and keep appropriate records. Sending a message is not automatic consent to marketing. Read our Privacy Policy for further information and your rights.

For an Etsy order, contacting the seller through the relevant Etsy purchase helps keep the conversation associated with that transaction.

Cookies Policy

This policy explains cookies and similar technologies in connection with 3dprintwise.shop, operated by 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains personal information, legal bases and your rights.

Cookies, storage and related technologies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a device. Local storage, pixels, tags and scripts can also store information or access information already on a device. Their effect depends on their purpose, the information involved and the recipients, not simply on the name of the technology.

A session cookie can expire when a browsing session ends. Persistent storage can remain for longer. Clearing browser storage and deleting records held by a service provider are different actions. Information need not contain your name to relate to you or your device.

Shopping functions

Online shopping can require session information to keep items in a basket, maintain a requested checkout or login, support security or remember privacy choices. Technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you request can qualify for a consent exception. Being helpful to the business does not by itself make a technology strictly necessary.

Shopify supplies store functionality. Its Privacy Policy explains its information handling. A provider's general description is not a statement that every optional feature it offers operates on this store.

Optional tracking, personalisation and advertising

Where a technology requires consent, it must not be used for that purpose until a valid choice has been obtained. Advertising and cross-site tracking cannot be treated as necessary merely because they support sales. Accepting sales terms or continuing to browse is not, by itself, valid consent for every optional purpose.

A choice about email marketing is distinct from a choice about device storage. Unsubscribing from emails does not necessarily remove browser cookies, and clearing browser cookies does not necessarily unsubscribe an email address.

Statistical and appearance exceptions

UK rules provide narrowly defined exceptions for certain statistical uses aimed at improving a service and for certain appearance or functionality preferences. These are not blanket exemptions for all analytics or personalisation. Where an exception requires clear information and a simple, free way to object, those conditions must be met. Advertising, individual profiling and unrelated reuse cannot be covered simply by calling a tool statistical.

Any processing of personal information also needs an appropriate data-protection basis. A cookie-law exception does not remove the separate requirements of data-protection law.

Managing choices and browser information

Use any privacy controls presented when a choice is requested. You may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing and object where an applicable exception provides that choice. A choice saved for one browser or device does not necessarily apply on another.

Browser privacy settings can show and delete stored information or block future storage. Blocking all cookies can affect a shopping basket or sign-in as well as optional tracking. Private browsing and clearing storage may remove a saved preference, so you may need to make the choice again.

For help identifying a technology or exercising a choice, contact support@3dprintwise.shop with its name, the page involved and your browser. Avoid sending unrelated browsing history or sensitive credentials. Our contact route supplements, rather than replaces, any on-site consent or objection control required for the processing.

External platforms

External sites, including marketplaces and payment services, have their own storage practices and controls. A link to a third-party website does not mean our privacy choices govern what happens after you visit that website. Review the relevant service's information before using it.

Questions and updates

Contact support@3dprintwise.shop, call +44 7911 800441, or use our Contact Information page. The controller is 3DPRINTWISE LTD, company 16352431, with registered office at 5 Brookside Close, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 9PL.

This policy may change when the store's technology changes. Updating the text does not itself supply consent or establish that a technical control works. Your wider information rights and the ICO complaint route are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Payment Policy

This policy explains payment information for UK orders placed directly on 3dprintwise.shop. The seller is 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Read it with our Terms of Service and the details of the product you are buying.

Currency and order total

The checkout currency is pounds sterling, GBP (£). Review the product price, quantity, any valid discount, delivery charge and final total before submitting an order. Consumer prices must include applicable taxes. Optional paid extras require your agreement.

Do not assume that delivery is free unless that is explicitly offered for your order. See the Shipping Policy for the standard delivery estimate and delivery enquiries. A marketplace price or delivery offer is separate from a direct-store price.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee. This does not change our checkout currency. Ask your provider about any conversion shown on your statement.

Choosing a payment method

Use a method actually available for your transaction at checkout and follow the relevant provider's instructions. A method can depend on the transaction, account, device or provider eligibility. Do not infer that a particular card, wallet or instalment service is supported from a general payment symbol seen elsewhere.

A provider may ask for authentication within its payment process. Customer service does not need your full card number, security code, banking password or one-time authentication code. Do not send these by email or a contact form.

Checking the result

Review any checkout result and order information sent to you. An authorisation, a captured payment and a refund are different transaction states. A pending amount in your banking app is not by itself proof that goods have been dispatched or that a duplicate final payment has been taken.

If the result is unclear, contact us before making repeated attempts. Give the checkout email address, approximate time and any order reference. Your bank or provider can explain a pending entry on its side, while we can check the order record.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe the amount is incorrect or a payment has been duplicated, contact support@3dprintwise.shop. Provide the order references and suitably redacted evidence if needed. Do not send complete card or account credentials. We will investigate the transaction and arrange any correction or refund due.

Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, the additional 30-day offer, statutory deadlines, postage and faulty-goods remedies. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method. We do not charge a refund fee or require store credit instead of a refund to which you are entitled.

For statutory cancellation where we have not offered collection, the deadline is normally no later than 14 calendar days after the goods are received back or earlier evidence of sending is provided. Other cancellation and faulty-goods cases have their own statutory triggers, explained in the full policy. Inspection and provider processing do not restart those deadlines.

Submission of a refund and the credit appearing in an account are distinct. If the credit is missing, contact us for the refund reference and investigation. The time for a credit to appear can depend on the payment provider.

Security, personal information and other channels

Our Secure Checkout page explains practical precautions. The Privacy Policy describes transaction and support information.

An Etsy purchase uses that platform's checkout and the payment terms applicable to that transaction. Use the relevant Etsy order for a marketplace payment query.

Secure Checkout

This page provides practical guidance for checking a payment connection and protecting your information when shopping with 3DPRINTWISE LTD. Read it with our Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

Check the connection before entering information

Check the website address shown by your browser and its connection information before entering personal or payment details. HTTPS uses encryption to protect information in transit between the browser and the service. This is commonly called SSL, although modern secure connections use TLS.

Do not enter payment details if your browser reports a certificate or connection warning, the address is unexpected, or the payment page is unavailable. Contact us using the details below if you are unsure. An encrypted connection alone is not a guarantee of a business's identity or of every aspect of a transaction.

Use the intended payment process

Use the payment choices shown for your transaction and complete any authentication through the relevant payment service. Be cautious about unexpected requests to move a payment to an unrelated account or send sensitive details by message.

Our customer-service enquiries do not require your full card number, security code, online-banking password or one-time payment code. An order reference and contact details are usually sufficient to begin investigating a payment query. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.

Protect account access

Keep the email account associated with your order secure. Where an account uses a password, use a strong password that you do not reuse elsewhere. Keep your browser and device software updated, and avoid leaving an account signed in on a shared device.

A sender's displayed name does not prove who sent a message. Check unexpected delivery or refund messages carefully, particularly if they request credentials or an additional payment.

Report a concern

If something appears wrong, stop entering information and contact support@3dprintwise.shop or +44 7911 800441. Describe the issue and identify any relevant order without sending payment credentials.

If you believe your payment details have been exposed or a payment is unauthorised, contact your bank or provider promptly through its official contact route. Tell us if a store order is involved so the relevant records can be checked. No online service can guarantee that fraud or unauthorised access is impossible.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy covers information handling and rights. Our Cookies Policy explains storage technologies and relevant choices. Accepting purchase terms does not provide blanket consent to optional advertising or tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

These answers concern UK purchases made directly from 3dprintwise.shop. Read the full Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Terms of Service for the details.

Who is the seller?

The seller is 3DPRINTWISE LTD, company number 16352431, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is 5 Brookside Close, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 9PL. See the Companies House record and our About Us page.

What should I check before choosing a printed item?

Check its dimensions, material, intended use, colour, quantity and included parts. Articulated designs and small accessories can have small parts; rely on the specific product's suitability and care information. A product photo showing several options does not automatically mean every option is included.

Visible printing layers can form part of a 3D-printed surface. Any relevant variation should be described. This does not excuse a faulty, unsafe or misdescribed product.

Can I personalise an item?

Use the options offered for the particular product. Ask us before ordering if you need a bespoke design or a specification not listed. Check spelling and measurements carefully. We do not promise that every design can be customised or that an amendment can be made after production has progressed.

Where do you deliver and in which currency?

Our direct-store market is the United Kingdom and checkout is in GBP (£). Check the delivery option and charge for your address before paying. Contact us if your postcode is not accepted or a regional service is unclear. We do not assume that Etsy's destinations or offers apply to the website.

How long does delivery take?

The standard estimate is 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days carrier transit: 3–5 business days total. Handling is included in the total. Business days are not interchangeable with consecutive calendar days. Any different production or regional-service timing needs to be explained for the relevant order.

Contact us before ordering if a date is essential. The standard estimate is not a guarantee of an appointment or a promise of next-day dispatch.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is provided for the delivery service, use that information for carrier updates. Contact us with your order reference if you need help finding or understanding the status. A label being created is different from collection or delivery.

What if a parcel is late, damaged or marked delivered but missing?

Tell us the order reference and what happened. Photographs can help with damage if practical. We will investigate; you do not have to settle our carrier dispute yourself. Where we arrange the carrier, responsibility normally remains with us until you or someone you identify takes physical possession. Your legal remedies remain available.

Can I change or cancel an order before dispatch?

Contact support@3dprintwise.shop promptly with the requested change. We will check whether it can still be made. Statutory cancellation of an eligible standard item is not limited to the period before dispatch. Qualifying personalised goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation, so the actual specification matters.

Are all made-to-order products non-returnable?

No. Printing an ordinary design after an order does not automatically make it personalised. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may fall within the statutory exception, but standard designs and listed options need their own assessment. Faulty-goods rights remain even where the exception applies.

Is the cancellation period seven days or 14 days?

For eligible UK online goods, you normally have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify cancellation, then 14 calendar days after notifying us to return them. Seven days is not the general statutory cancellation period. Our separate voluntary offer extends the notification window to 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible ordinary goods.

What condition is needed for the additional 30-day offer?

The item must be unused apart from reasonable inspection, complete and undamaged by you. Suitable protective packaging is required for transport, but the original box is not mandatory. Those additional-offer conditions do not take away statutory inspection rights or remedies for faults. There is no restocking fee.

How do I arrange a return and who pays postage?

Contact us for the postal instructions and correct destination. For statutory change-of-mind cancellation, you bear direct return postage only where that was properly disclosed before purchase and we did not agree to bear it. Otherwise we bear it. We bear reasonable return costs where legally responsible for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Read the full returns policy before sending a parcel.

Can I exchange an item?

You may request an exchange of an eligible standard item. Availability, any price difference and delivery arrangements must be agreed. If an exchange is unavailable, an eligible refund remains an option. This is separate from a statutory replacement for faulty goods.

When will I receive a refund?

The return policy sets out the statutory deadlines and their different starting points. For eligible cancellation where we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods or earlier evidence of sending them back. A faulty-goods rejection refund is due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days beginning with the day entitlement is agreed.

Our additional-offer refunds are made without undue delay after receipt and assessment. Refunds normally use the original payment method. The refund submission and the credit appearing in your account are separate events. Contact us if you need a refund traced.

Can I bring a return to the registered office?

Do not assume a walk-in return or collection service is available there. Ask for the appropriate return instructions. The registered office is disclosed for company identification and legal correspondence, not as a claim about where products are made or dispatched.

What if I discover a fault after 30 days?

Contact us. The voluntary return window does not end all statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. A personalised item can still be faulty or misdescribed. There is no blanket seven-day reporting deadline.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Choose a method actually displayed for your transaction at checkout. The Payment Policy explains payment enquiries, unclear authorisations and refunds. Do not email payment credentials or repeatedly retry a payment whose outcome is unclear.

Do Etsy reviews and buyer protection cover website orders?

Etsy feedback refers to the marketplace experience identified there. A direct website order does not automatically receive Etsy's platform buyer protection or its delivery offers. Use the relevant Etsy order messaging for a purchase made on Etsy.

How can I ask about privacy or contact support?

Email support@3dprintwise.shop, call +44 7911 800441, or use our Contact Information. Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain relevant information and rights. A support enquiry is not automatic marketing consent.

About 3DPrintwise

3DPRINTWISE LTD is the company behind this direct online store. We focus on helping customers choose 3D-printed items by understanding the particular design, dimensions, material and intended use before buying.

The product range

The 3DPrintwiseLtd Etsy shop includes animal-themed keyrings and decorative printed items such as door signs. A particular website listing identifies what is available to buy here, the options offered and what is included in the price.

With printed products, details matter. An articulated design, a small accessory and a decorative sign can have different uses and care requirements. We encourage you to check the measurements and description and ask about anything that is unclear. We do not assume that every printed item has the same material or is suitable for the same age group.

Understanding the finish and options

3D printing builds an object in layers, and the resulting texture can be visible. A product's description should explain relevant characteristics and options without using the process as an excuse for faults or a mismatch with what was ordered.

Where personalisation is offered, check the text and specification before ordering. For a request outside the listed options, contact us so its feasibility and any different lead time can be discussed. Standard designs printed after an order and genuinely bespoke items have different cancellation considerations, explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

Company information

3DPRINTWISE LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 16352431, incorporated on 30 March 2025. Its registered office is 5 Brookside Close, Stratford-Upon-Avon, England, CV37 9PL. You can consult the Companies House record.

The registration date describes the company, not the age of every sales channel. The registered address is disclosed for legal correspondence; it is not a claim about a manufacturing site, dispatch warehouse or public showroom.

Shopping directly

Our direct website serves the United Kingdom, with checkout in GBP (£). The standard delivery estimate is 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days transit, totalling 3–5 business days. Read the Shipping Policy and check the service and charge available for your address before paying.

Our additional return offer is set out in the returns policy: eligible standard goods can be notified for return within 30 calendar days after delivery, with statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights preserved. Questions about order totals and payments are covered in the Payment Policy.

Marketplace information

The linked Etsy profile carries its own listings, marketplace information and customer feedback. Any reviews read there relate to the transactions identified by Etsy. We do not present marketplace figures as reviews of direct website purchases, independent certification or a guarantee of a future outcome.

A marketplace order and a direct website order use the terms applicable to the place of purchase. For an Etsy purchase, contact the seller through the relevant Etsy order where practical.
